He did return once and patched and sanded the damaged area, but the scratch remained visible and the area was not painted. He stated that if we were not satisfied, he could return to complete additional work. We scheduled a follow-up appointment about a month in advance and reconfirmed multiple times. On the day of the appointment, he did not show up and did not notify us. Messages sent that day went unanswered, and we only reached him later by phone, when he said he had family issues. Because the repair remained incomplete and communication continued to be unreliable, we hired another professional."
