"If I could do minus on the stars I would give a -5 stars. This company is horrible and Skylar Jump is rude beyond beleif. He came out and did the bid for the job, and he told me what it would cost me. 1/2 down and the other 1/2 upon completion of the job. They installed new drywall but did not make it flush at the corners, leaving big gaps and putting in large gouges. He and his crew left garbage all over the yard, stole materials and left my house compromised and exposed to the elements. Also damaged some of my vintage furniture from the Hoquiam Castle. So no replacing those. He was calling me and his crew inappropriate names and telling me that I don't listen, constantly interrupting me and told me that my family member who is an expert in siding doesn't know anything and started dising people. Also will not give you a receipt for money paid and will not give you a break down of the job. Also, when picking up materials from Home Depot, he will charge materials for another job onto your account. Do not hire this company unless you want to punish yourself and lose your money."

"Dean was up front and laid out what the project entailed and worked with us to come up with a plan that fit within our budget and time frame. We had some weather issues (snow) that caused a bit of a delay but he was in constant contact with us and we were able to get everything done quickly and efficiently. He makes you feel like you're working with a friend more than a contractor. We have a few other projects coming up that we will only hire Opportunity Construction for. Quality of the work done was 10/10 people think that the enclosed porch was here from day one it is so spot on."

We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers.
