We generally have between 3 - 6 regular employee's, but this varies by season and work load. We will from time to time use a subcontractor for a special need. These would be none-painting related, as all painting services are handled by DQP. In general, our minimum fee is $400.00. This may change by distance, as we are located in the Skagit Valley. We pay our employee's for any travel time over 1 hour, at their normal rate of pay.
