"Compass Contractors built a 1200 sq ft home (ADU) behind our existing home. I was so impressed with every aspect of their work. Matt and Derek communicated well throughout the process, kept the construction moving through timely project management, and were able to address issues that inevitably come up. Their subs were efficient and skilled, and the entire project was completed on time and within budget. It was truly a pleasure to work with them, and I hope to be able to do another project with them in the future."

"I just had Elm Construction Services replace the roof on our new home. I have to say, I’m really impressed. We went with asphalt shingles and they look beautiful! What I loved most was how professional everyone was. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and actually cleaned up better than I expected - you’d never know they were even here. They were also super patient with all my questions (and I had a lot!). The quality of their work is top-notch. You can tell they really care about doing things right, not just getting it done quickly. My neighbors have even commented on how great the roof looks. If you’re in the Lake Oswego or Portland area and need roofing work done, I’d definitely recommend giving Elm Construction Services a call.
