When I decided to replace my original front door with an updated mid-century upgrade I knew it would require a new frame, sill, trim, and weather-stripping in addition to the door itself. As a board member in my Queen Anne Condo association I wanted the work to be competent, quick and disturb as few neighbors as possible. DP Palmer did not disappoint, once again! With their expert guidance I chose fiberglass over a wood door for durability, sound proofing and general appearance. The door arrived painted, and work was completed within one long day. Removal and disposal of the old door, preparation and installation of the new door including framing,hardware and keyless touch pad. All trim work on the inside and outside of the door was installed and painted and the crew left at the end of the day leaving me with a fabulous, professional installation. It was a huge job, but we're so glad we did it. The floors look like a work of art. While doing the floors, Tall Pines also changed all our floor boards and interior trim around windows and doors to give our house a sharp new appearance and feel. The crew were a delight to work with and to have in our home. Late August while having some siding work and shingle replacement done on our exterior, rot was discovered in two areas. We called Tall Pines, and they quickly came out to the house, assessed the damage and repaired it before the rains set it.
