"I have a 1906 cottage in N Seattle, with an old porous foundation. Water came into the basement for the first time in 20 years. "Pinpoint re-graded and re-graveled my driveway, using a laser to accurately slope the drive, so water would drain away from the house. Re-grading involved excavation of the old gravel (to lower the drive), removal of some large rocks which were encountered, and hauling away of all the excavated material. New gravel was then spread and compacted. I am completely happy with the work and Pinpoint.
