"Jack provided an estimate for the work that fit into my budget. Jack and his crew were friendly, informative, timely, and paid attention to detail. Jack adjusted his work schedule to my needs, and cleaned up at the end of each work day. I had most of my bathroom torn out and converted a 30" tub/shower unit into a 36" spa shower using the Kohler Tresham 60x36" unit with integral right hand seat, tile going up to the ceiling, shampoo cubby and rain glass shower doors. Also had tile flooring moving from the bathroom out into an L-shaped hallway, all smooth with no threshold. New 17" Kohler toilet, sinks, mirrors, hardware, lighting and heat/fan, Cambridge Quartz 8 ft vanity top, etc. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the communication. The bathroom and hallway look wonderful. And best of all, the cost did not exceed the estimate. We will be calling upon Jack for an estimate on a basement remodel shortly."

He is a thoughtful and very responsive communicator who we could always count on to perform the tasks he scheduled throughout our project. Always patient and friendly, he wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the progression and the outcomes. He’s also committed to backing up his work. I suffered a serious leg injury after the remodel and Eric kindly went the extra step to come to our house and install a new light fixture in our bedroom. He scored an A+ on both bathrooms and we made a new friend."
