He also sprayed the areas that needed attention and initially did not intend to charge for that spraying, although I insisted on paying him something. I also appreciated seeing him and his helpers working together. They showed a strong work ethic and were consistent and thorough. "Russ the owner came out, gave me a bid. I accepted this. The job was suppose to start the next Tues/Wed, however I had to call them. Russ said they were swamped by all the demands for work to get lawns cut by Easter. Russ came out on Sat. before Easter and cut my lawn. He could not do the other work as it had rained the night before. Russ said he would be out Mon. to finish the job. Today is Mon but the 2nd Mon after he promised he would be back. I left a text mess. with no call back on Fri, tried to call his manager today but his voice mail is not set up. I need someone I can rely on as my son and I are disabled so we cannot do our lawn maintenance ourselves. Russ was a very nice man, however the customer service is lacking."
