"Hired Luis on a Saturday and he came out on Monday and had the projects done in 2 days. The best estimate of 5 companies and most knowledgeable of all the contractors that came to our house. We had sod installed in 3 yards, a concrete patio, and concrete steps made for our garage. Luis went above and beyond! Not only did he replace and raise some of our sprinklers, but he also helped us pick out the type of grass to install and the finish on the concrete that would look best for the patio. We had to leave for a while and had mentioned we had to pull the tarp out of the pool and when we came back Luis already had pulled it out for us! None of this was in the estimate, yet Luis took it upon himself to help us out at no charge. We are hiring Luis again to do some inside construction. "We met with severel contractors and discussed what we wanted. This started with a walkway from our Patio to our Back Gate. There was a step, where the gate is, over the years it has proven to be a hazard. In the front, we wanted our driveway widened. J immediately impressed us with his knowledge, background and listening to what we wanted. He made some suggestions, that we felt improved on what we wanted. We decided J was going to be our Contractor. An added bonus, he is local! We now have a beautiful Walkway! Which is stamped, with some added color. Our Driveway has been extended, this also included a part of our walkway. Through this process J took time and patience to explain each step. His crew was also top notch! We have another project or two and plan on having J involved!"

He listened to what I asked for, followed through, and appears to take pride in doing the job properly. He also sprayed the areas that needed attention and initially did not intend to charge for that spraying, although I insisted on paying him something. I also appreciated seeing him and his helpers working together. They showed a strong work ethic and were consistent and thorough.
