"Jack and his crew are incredibly nice, knowledgeable, skilled, and easy to work with. They did a fantastic job, and were so respectful of our home! I hardly knew they were here half the time, they were so low-key. We had them do the baseboards and outer door frames on our living, dining, and hallway areas. We'd refinished the wood floors over the summer, and hadn't gotten around to painting and installing the new trim, and finally just realized we didn't want to do it ourselves, and hired it out. They completed the work yesterday, which was well in line with our agreements, and it turned out beautifully! I just walked down the hall, and said internally, "Wow, this looks so great." ? My partner said the same thing when he got home and inspected it. We're both impressed and pleased with it, and Isaac's attention to detail, and willingness to be super diligent for me, were highly valuable! Another gentleman was sent to re-insulated and belly bonded and worked on the crawlspace, next day came back to take pictures and bought materials for the left side of the house, rebuild it with wood beams and concrete post. 3rd day, bought new screen cover for the air vents around the house, about 8 to 10 of them. "'Dave the Deck Dude' as we nick named him is a perfectionist. I had a sketch drawing on a piece of school paper that he took and made a reality. We had a 520' deck built, and an old deck demo'd and removed. Dave and team made it happen in about a week. He took the time to go through all of the material options, and associated costs. We ended up going with a product we didn't even know was an option when we were thinking about the new deck. He is meticulous in both the craftsmanship that his crew puts out, as well as adherence to a timeline. He told us at one point that 'It WILL be done by Friday'.....It was done by Friday. Attention to detail is amazing. We had metal railings installed, and he spotted a piece that he said was scratched and that he would replace it. I never was able to find the defect he spotted, but about a week later when the new piece came in, he was back at our house replacing it. The deck is absolutely beautiful. We couldn't be happier, except that the weather is prohibiting us from enjoying it as much as we would like. Looking forward to next summer!"
