I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

Our highest exterior wall is near 30’ from the ground, but Seattle Paint and Design’s experience and quality were more than up to the challenge. Beautiful masking work on all protected surfaces kept any spray blow back out. Our house is painted with the finest quality paint, no bubbles, cracks, or peeling after 1 year. Their thoroughness with second coats where needed and touch ups provided us with a perfect finish, and our house still looks amazing!"

Great attention to detail, and they went above and beyond my expectations getting every room ready and put back together again, including removing and replacing blinds, drapes, and even a dog gate! I would hire this team again, and did line them up to do exterior work in the spring of 2019. This was the middle bid of 3 I obtained back in February, but Gary has wonderful references and a great attitude, so we went with him. I'm really glad we did."
