I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. "I hired Priority for my company to help with some renovations at a rental house. While the original scope of the project changed, they were still able to do some work for us, it just took longer than expected.
