I understood and agreed asking for care with pressure washer. Quote was $2922 before tax. He said the wall wouldn't look much better than it does now but he would get all the places having egregious deterioration and then seal. Two days work. Moving forward his team (him and a 18 year old nephew) came and went in less than 4 hours. Sealant remained to be done and I could see that cost was itemized at $400. I personally could do it in 1/2 hour so I asked him to scratch it from the price. He was very amenable to that. The issue arose when I was sealing I found and sent him photos of spots with severe erosion that were missed and should take about 1 hour to fix. Some on wall, one in bottom corner of house, one big seam in windowsill. I sent email and photos asking for him to return. He didn't reply. 1 week later I reached him by phone and he said he didn't get the email/or hadn't read it yet but he wasn't going to come back for 'pinholes' which I could do myself. First of all I could do everything myself but that's time that I paid him for. He is too busy to come. Photos are from the south wall as discussed."

"Confident after seeing many houses with Town & Country Fence sign installations, we have decided to have Town & Country Fence (Lynnwood) replace and install our fences in 2015. We signed up for fences with "24 inches Concrete and Pipe Base Posts", which comes with a 10 year warranty. Everything looked great in the beginning. However, within 2 years (2017), we noticed some of the posts twisted and cracked. Thankfully, Town & Country Lynnwood responded and repaired it accordingly. In 2019, we noticed 4 of the posts to be wobbly and bent/leaning from the fence line. We called and they sent their guy over to check it out. Out of the 4 wobbly posts, Town & Country decided to only fix & replace 1 (one) post ! When their crew came to fix that 1 (one) post, we all discovered: the pipe posts were installed on shallow 5 inches (versus 24 inches) concrete. Being that the concrete was 19 inches shorter or 79% off from specs, we felt shortchanged. We were confused why Town & Country Lynnwood would allow shabby workmanship and not redeem itself by repairing the remaining 3 wobbly posts. Early summer 2020, we decided to call Town & Country Lynnwood again to re-address this remaining matter. Their guy came today July 21 and took pictures of the other 3 wobbly and undersized fence posts (pictures attached showing 6- 7 1/2 inches of concrete base only instead of 24 inch specification) and cryptically said, "I'll show the pictures to the managers and the managers will call you. Maybe we will submit a bid to you". Learning about: posts resting on shallow concrete 79% below specifications, and defiant customer service that does not seem to listen even if the 10 year warranty is still valid... only sums up one word: FRUSTRATION. Of course, there's always hope for redemption. If they did, I will update on this matter again."

"The service person was timely and quickly diagnosed the problem. We ended up needing a new garage door opener. We scheduled a 2nd visit for the garage door opener to be installed. The technician arrived promptly again, installed the garage door opener and made sure I knew how it worked. I have always had such good service from this company."

"Scammers and liars , I called SGA to check out my gate because it stopped working , after couple of days someone came out with no tools or parts had only a Multimeter, there was no power going to the control board and he told me i need a new control board , i don’t know how could he do that without power !!! he literally spent three minutes and then took a picture of the control board and said he or another technician wil come out with a new control board but never heard back from them , a few days later i took the battery to an auto part store and asked them to test it , they said the battery was seven years old and it’s dead, so i purchased a new battery , after installing it back the control board started working just fine. i called SGA and asked them what happened and i told them that the board is fine and their technician did not diagnose anything so they stared making up stories and gave me a whole bunch of lies DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE AT ALL , THEY WILL SCAM YOU by the way i got a call from someone at GSA today and told me they will install a new control board for $900 !! and a new system would cost $9000 the control board cost about $250-$300 and i’m sure they can get much cheaper and literally takes five minutes to replace . i don’t know why they want to charge almost $700 for five minutes of work?. and a whole brand new complete system by LiftGate cost only $2600 here is the link, [*** Link removed ***] time to install a complete system is about 2-3 hours but they want to charge $7000 just for labor!!! these people are scammers ."

"it went ok, assistant is Kyle we spoke before i purchase the product and we agreed on putting unit outside by my air-condition, because of the fact, that would be the place the I need it too. he said that there's no problem that was fine then assistant Alex no problem he is great. He Left and I called Kyle for two reason. Alex gave me too small and then Alex installer told me extra small when it comes to. and so i then contacted the owner Kyle. cost me 385 to move the unit outside. and pay $15 collar."
