He's a one-man operation and does a basic carpet cleaning. Probably would be okay if carpets weren't that dirty or no pet odors to deal with. He should have done a lot more extracting on my carpets. They were left pretty wet which caused s musty smell in my house for a few days.

They did a nice job and all went well until we had a disagreement about pay. I was quoted $250 for two cleaners for 5 hours . This is ten hours of total cleaning, but I received 6 hours of cleaning. They asked for $250. I offered $150 and they accepted that.
