The tree requiring removal was about 60 feet tall and located in a tricky spot, on the second tier of a terraced landscape and next to a mature Japanese maple. They expertly removed the tree without harming the maple and completed the work in about five hours. Mario, the owner, is a great communicator and has an experienced team. "Dalia and Edgar came out to give me a bid to blow leaves to the back of my property. I agreed to their price and they came out the next day. While I was at work, they texted me that there were more leaves than they thought and only blew my leaves 3/4 of the way to the back of my property, still on the grass! She stated there must have been a misunderstanding, but i showed them where my neighbors and i dump our grass clippings (very obvious) She said there were 4 workers and it was going to be more labor than they thought and more gas. I said you came out and bid the job, and now you want more money to finish it is bad business practice. So their employees get $100 an hour??? Dalia also has a house cleaning business. I would not hire these dishonest individuals with landscaping services or house cleaning. They were only there 1 hour and 15 min, took the check for $420 and quickly cashed it. "
