We would come up with an idea and he could run with or add his professional opinion. H laid most of our 1900 sql house in laminate and tiled a fireplace, laundry room and two bathrooms. Every room came out looking fabulous. As a general contractor, Nick is a wealth of knowledge about home construction and repair. He noted a window that was loose and talked us through what was needed for a repair. He had insights on our roof after we noted a leak during the terrible winter we had.
