"I tried to hire DKJAY to repair damage from flooding but there were too many red flags and I had to terminate hire. Deniz came late to appointments, she didn’t have the right equipment (didn’t have a moisture reader to take moisture readings), didn’t know how to match floors, etc! Insurance was held up for days by her not submitting work in a timely fashion. Very happy to have hired another contractor to do the rebuild."

The next day they arrived at my house promptly and got started right away. Jordan diagnosed the issue quickly after opening a small section of dry wall near the leak. The fix was to re-grout the tiles at the base of the shower and clean up the wet area. I am very happy with the results. And the cost was reasonable. I would certainly contact Jordan again for any future projects."

He connected us with a carpenter to do siding repairs and add facia board, and he helped establish a schedule that would allow for all of the steps of the project to be completed in an efficient order. When it came time for pressure washing, that crew was great, and I was most impressed with Marco and Byron, the actual painters. They were highly communicative; we had conversations every day about how it was going and if things were looking like we had envisioned. They took pride in their work and cared about our satisfaction. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely hire them again."
