I had funding in 2 weeks so that was not the problem. Might do a good job if he ever gets started, but only if he's dealing with men. I'll never know. We gave up and moved on. I need my project done, not just talked about."

Eric was very professional and didn't bad mouth the other contractor's work or pick it apart. He understood the job at hand better than the other "contractor" and had the patience to deal with a mess someone else left behind. I will be calling Eric to work on ALL my rentals from now on!"
