"The work they did is top notch, I love our patio and couldn't be happier with what they've done with the space. They did a lot of work for us over two months to build a patio and beautiful back yard. We love it. That said, our home is a 70+ year old house in Magnolia with concrete pipes. A year or so after they did the work we had a backup. After the plumbers came out they found that a section of the piping had been crushed by a large rock that had been set while they were regrading the area. The repairs were ~15k all said and done then. I contacted Ryan and he looked into their insurance covering it and they weren't going to do it out of pocket. I value my time more than money and I let it go, and Ryan had some guys come out and fix the area that had to be torn up for free, least they can do. Well after they were done the plumbers spotted another crushed section that lined up and should be 'okay'. Fast forward a year, it wasn't we had another backup. They cleared it and we just had it fixed with another 5k bill. Ryan had said they wouldn't do it for free but 'hours and material'. They didn't give me a quote I shrugged and assumed it would be a mornings worth of work. They came out and spent two days, and they just handed me a bill for another $3200, to clean up after damage they caused and I'm paying for."

"Referrals are everything in this business and I must thank the man who referred Thalia to me. Thalia is on top of things like nobody else. When the team comes though it's like they can read my mind and then some. Every time they do a job on our property, it's finished better than I wanted it and I'm pretty particular about what I want. In fact, I just asked for an estimate on storm damage to my fence. Even though I hired them as landscapers, they are so fastidious that I had to see if they would be willing to do other things for the house. But back to the initial landscaping, my backyard was transformed from a spacious but uneven, boring mess into a magical, balanced space I'd be perfectly happy to have a wedding at. Just fantastic and the quote would've still been reasonable for a job 25% smaller than what they did for me.
