I asked that if it was possible to please send me an estimate by Monday due to a timeline I had to make a decision by. He stated the he would try for Sunday. It's Thursday and I never did receive an estimate. I contacted the number listed on his business card, texted, emailed, and sent a message through the home advisor site, even contacted the person managing my search through Home Advisor, and no luck?! I'm not sure what happened, but I am disappointed that he never got back to me. I hired another contractor."

Although the company is a nation wide chain, its a franchise and a small business. He is an honest Vermonter with Vermont values which I appreciate.
