"They care. And it is obvious. I would recommend them 1000 times over. I started my search for a roofing contractor during the pandemic and was universally unimpressed with the bulk of contractors who came to estimate the job. That is, prior to meeting Gabe and the folks at Top Notch. Not only are the competitively priced, but they send an actual roofing expert out for estimating, as opposed to a salesman. I immediately felt was in good hands as he answered all my questions with authority and knowledge. On the job site, the crew was clean, polite, and professional. We did have a few hiccups along the way, which as anyone who has ever done renovation can tell you, is par for the course. These specific hiccups were discontinued products and shipping damages that were simply accidents. Just bad luck that had nothing to do with Top Notch. Work took 4 weeks and in the meantime, his guys were filling the dumpster with all their junk! The roof leaked through the winter, every time it would rain, our inside was being damaged! Now trying to recoup some money after I had to have another company repair and Sean has not returned any phone calls, emails, text! Even from the Better Business Bureau! Don’t bother hiring these guys!"
