Bats In The Belfry, ADC

Pete did a great job. First of all, he came promptly and got the bats in the house, which was a big relief. But more importantly, he worked diligently at closing up gaps that other contractors had missed. He climbed, crawled, hung, or finessed his way all over the troubled areas and foamed shut opening that had probably existed for years. We had tried with other contractors on multiple occasions to seal the area around our chimney but Pete finally got it done. Bats had been an almost annual problem. Four years later, we have still not had a single bat in the house since thanks to Pete's work.

Pete was great to work with.  He is knowledgable, professional, friendly and prompt.  He gave a lot of good advice before we even met for the inspection and his price was less than the quote.  When he was finished, I knew my situation and what needed to be done for my current bat, and also preventative steps to take.  I highly recommend him.
