We have 6 employees, we do sub contract small portions of our work, we take cash, checks and credit cards via paypal. All our hardscaping has a 5 year warranty.

"It all went very well. They had some equipment issues and personnel on vacation, but the work was done expertly and still in a timely manner. My granite steps were reset as well as the two "cheeks" on either side. A new, fifth step was added to meet the new walkway seamlessly and more ergonomically for using the steps. The new walkway is gorgeous, old ugly asphalt was removed and replaced with these beautiful brick-looking pavers that I chose and it looks gorgeous. They also hand dug a twelve foot circle on the side yard and installed a circle paver patio with a circle kit of the same brick looking pavers and it also looks tremendous. The work is of good quality and the conditions here for both jobs involved awkward locations in tight quarters. Damage to the surrounding grounds was minimal and repaired at the end of the job. I'm very happy with the work that was done. I wold call Joshua and his team again if I need to do any more work like this or similar to this."

No. Both processes are important for a healthy yard and work toward a similar goal, although dethatching serves a slightly different purpose. Making sure the thatch doesn’t grow too thick prevents other lawn problems, such as attracting pests if the plant decay layer gets too big. Aeration puts less strain on your lawn than dethatching, but both are of equal importance.

Before starting any digging project, you must call 811, the national “call before you dig” hotline. After calling, a representative will come out to your property to mark the places where any utility wires or pipes run below the ground so that you can edge or dig trenches safely. You are liable for any damage to utilities and other systems beneath the ground on your property, and you could be seriously injured if you accidentally run into wires or utility lines.

Plug aeration is more effective than spike aeration, although it mars the appearance of your lawn until the plugs decompose. This can take a few weeks and some homeowners find it distressing, especially if they are planning an event and can't have guests stepping on the soil cores. Liquid aeration is just as effective without having to bore holes.

If it’s been a few weeks and you haven’t seen anything pop up, double-check your seed packet and make sure you didn’t miss any steps. Did they need cold stratification (putting seeds in the freezer and then transferring to water before planting)? Do they have an exceptionally long germination period? 

 If you’ve followed all of the directions closely, you may just have had a bad batch of seeds. (Sadly, it happens.)

It depends on the condition of the grass during the drought. If your grass completely died, it won’t turn green again after drought. However, if it just went dormant, you still have a chance to revive your lawn once drought conditions have passed.
