We have 6 employees, we do sub contract small portions of our work, we take cash, checks and credit cards via paypal. All our hardscaping has a 5 year warranty.

"It all went very well. They had some equipment issues and personnel on vacation, but the work was done expertly and still in a timely manner. My granite steps were reset as well as the two "cheeks" on either side. A new, fifth step was added to meet the new walkway seamlessly and more ergonomically for using the steps. The new walkway is gorgeous, old ugly asphalt was removed and replaced with these beautiful brick-looking pavers that I chose and it looks gorgeous. They also hand dug a twelve foot circle on the side yard and installed a circle paver patio with a circle kit of the same brick looking pavers and it also looks tremendous. The work is of good quality and the conditions here for both jobs involved awkward locations in tight quarters. Damage to the surrounding grounds was minimal and repaired at the end of the job. I'm very happy with the work that was done. I wold call Joshua and his team again if I need to do any more work like this or similar to this."

Bahia grass is not difficult to grow, but you might need patience for this slow-growing grass. Whereas some grass species, like Bermuda grass, can take 1 to 2 weeks to germinate, Bahia grass can take two or three times as long, making it seem like it won’t grow. This is what keeps your grass looking beautiful and growing healthily. The soil cores need two to three weeks to decompose, but you can swat them with a rake if their natural shape bothers you.

The best time to aerate a lawn is when there's plenty of moisture in the soil, which is the fall or spring seasons. However, keep in mind that lawn aeration isn't very effective when there has been a long period of heavy rain, as the excess water can potentially damage the lawn in the aeration process. Wait until your lawn is predominantly dry to start the aeration process to ensure best results.
