Jarrett's relatively large team of hardworking men and women began work on the date scheduled and knocked off the bulk our rather large project (7000 sq foot house) in 4 days. They did a great job keeping the sight orderly and left it clean at the end of each day. They also followed up afterwards to resolve some outstanding issues without a fuss. Jarrett was very responsive and kept his word on his commitments. Pricing was competitive. We will definitely look to them for our future roofing needs."

"ECMR breached their own contract by NOT informing us of costs for additional work until the job was completed. Poor communication after the sale was made. No issue with sales or workmanship. Big issue with the breach of contract with the high pressure from ECMR to just pay the additional amount. The roofs on the house and barn look amazing and it was fast. Contract issue is the only reason for this review."
