"Very pleased with all aspects of the beginning of this project. The problems were assessed and well addressed - my project involves an on-going sink leak that went unattended and water permeated the ceiling of the room below. The problem has been stabilized, cleanly and efficiently done - and once dried, new ceiling and floor section will be installed.
