"Brad and his dad were great. They were always at the job on time. They kept me informed each day during the entire project. They are certainly experts with old houses and were happy to explain what they were doing and why. I would certainly have them back when we replace the front doors if we find the sill is rotted. "A little delay in getting an estimate, but Brad started the job when promised, remodel looks great. Brad was very accommodating (even walked the dog one day),was extremely neat in picking up at the end of the day, and price was as quoted.Have already hired him for a few more smaller projects. Do ask about a price for removal of construction materials since it may be an additional cost.
