I felt like I was providing advice on how to run a business, and he wasn't able to make any recommendations about the project. The final straw was the posts he put in weren't secure or safe. I had to spend more money to find someone that would take over and finish the project and redo what had been done. I will say he was polite, and even admitted to being in over his head on a basic deck."

He said that he couldn't come over to look over the job until midweek (week of 04-13) In my email I requested that he call me to set date. Didn't receive a reply. Sent a second email 3 days later asking if he had received my first email. Again, no reply."
