"Chris was very polite and seemed personable and professional when we interviewed him for the job. He and his helpers were on the ball about getting the project completed in an emergency situation, however on the final day of the project he said the job was completed when he and another worker installed some upper kitchen cabinets in about 3 hours, when it was actually left unfinished. His hourly rate was quoted at $35 per hour; he really didn't give us a quote for the entire project. He charged us 8 hours per person that day, as well as a number of other days, whether they were there 3 hours or 8. Also, after some demolition we discovered this project was covered by insurance and we found that his repair costs rose dramatically when he knew insurance was paying for it. He did return to finish up the trim work and cabinets when I called and complained. For these reasons we won't recommend or hire him again."

A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
