"Lonnie and his crew were wonderful to work with and extremely helpful. I needed to get my tiny house situated and get it hooked into another septic system from the main house on the property. We also needed to get hooked into the water of the main house. He worked well with me and the septic design engineer. Most importantly he explained everything to me as I had no idea of the process we needed to follow. He was always pleasant to deal with and flexible. He had to dig up big portions of the yard to do this and he came back to spread grass seed on all the areas that were bare dirt from the project. It blended in so well that nobody can tell the yard had been so torn up two months ago! His quote was very reasonable, and he stuck to it despite having to do a few extra things that were not in the original plan. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lonnie and his workers. He has integrity, is a hard worker, and does a great job."

"Pat came to my home - quite a way out from his location, for an estimate on a basement project. I was satisfied with the information and attention to detail he had to offer on what would need to be addressed for the project. I asked that if it was possible to please send me an estimate by Monday due to a timeline I had to make a decision by. He stated the he would try for Sunday. It's Thursday and I never did receive an estimate. I contacted the number listed on his business card, texted, emailed, and sent a message through the home advisor site, even contacted the person managing my search through Home Advisor, and no luck?! I'm not sure what happened, but I am disappointed that he never got back to me. I hired another contractor."

Mac was great to work with...no problems communicating with him. We wanted to make sure our project was done with minimal impact to our yard and Mac did a great job in that regard. "The work itself, the actual basement waterproofing appears to be working but our flood season hasn't come yet so, I'm reserving judgement. But, the way the work was done was a problem and the initial way that they got with the problem wasn't satisfactory. Eventually, months after work I did get some resolution but is wasn't a smooth transaction. We moved some of the finished portions of the basement to do their work and the way that that was handled was very sloppy and rushed, and very expensive to repair. And then, when the initial point of having somebody come and look at all my questions, it was not the owner, it was his foreman and it was not dealt within a professional manner. After 2 contacts, tried to explain what the problems were and has offered that they have an annual service to make sure that everything is working and there's a fee for that, though he offered 2 years of that with no cost, so that was a nice gesture. He tried to make up for the problems but like I said, there were problems."
