In order to comply with window egress codes, he built benches in both bedrooms beneath the windows, after replacing the windows with compliant models - by crawling under a 3-ft deck. He was punctual, reliable, and we trusted him in our home. He is quiet and straightforward, and he provided us with itemized invoices. He is about to begin a second bathroom renovation for us and we have hired him for a partial garage re-build. We recommend Jeff with no reservations - from framing to painting to carpentry."

Didn’t have replacement cartridge but went to local plumbing supply and returned within 20 minutes. Replaced cartridge. Completed job in 10 minutes. Stayed to assure it was working correctly. He replaced a rotted out door and entryway, resurfaced a floor, dry walled an area where a sky light had been removed, and reframed the area under a toilet that was caving in, painting along the way.
