I had to reach out to this company to advise that my pro was an hr late and was wanting to cancel. I reached out a 2nd time to officially cancel at the 2 hr mark, as it was too late to start such a big project. Jeff in customer service was very helpful in getting the process of my refund started, and offered an apology. I will not use them again they are unreliable."
