"When I first called, I was surprised at how quickly they returned my phone call to set up an estimate. He was able to come over the next evening to check out our basement. He was punctual and provided us information about what would need to be done. He stated that he would provide us with an estimate that evening. I waited, but the estimate never came. I called the following week to see the status of the estimate. They stated that they were busy, but I should have it by now and would email it ASAP. After a second week, I called again. They said they would get it to me again. After the third week, I called again and was told the same thing. "Green Mountain Basement solutions were great about stopping the leaks in my basement by installing drains and a subpump and so far no leaking to report but they left a huge mess behind them and damage done to my walls and the new concrete covering that they put over the drains was done sloppy and uneven.
