Hands down one of the best plumbers in the area. Our dishwasher appliance company flaked on us for an install. Bob came out the same day, the day before Thanksgiving no less. He was on time, on budget and never have I seen a more professional and clean dishwasher install. And we had some great conversation on top of that. A+. Thanks Bob!

Bob was prompt and his work was excellent, but I feel like his charges took me to the cleaners. He was at my house for about 6 hours and used at the most $250 worth of materials. The area he worked in was clean and very open so it was an easy work space for him. He charged me just over $1600. You do the math. For this reason, I won't do any further business with this Plummer and I can't recommend him.

Does not respond when called. Does not finish work started. Complained when I did a small repair without calling him- none of his business. Does shoddy work, does not finish, charges an exorbitant amount, may cheat on time spent as well.

I have found him very knowledgeable and responsive to our needs for commercial work.

I noticed water in the basement and saw that it was coming from a bend in pipe. It was a Friday afternoon and I thought there was a clog so after trying to unclog it and failing I called a company to come and unclog it. They discovered that it wasn't a clog but a hole in the pipe. It has rusted and gotten worse with all the plunging. I didn't know who to call. Heard about Ryal, called them, Bob came out the next day (Sat.), gave me several options and fixed it a few days later. Great.

Overall, my experience with Ryal was good. It was a father and son team and they seemed to be stand up guys. I originally called them to diagnose a strange sewer gas smell in my house when it got really cold. They came out to investigate and performed what I felt was a thorough investigation to diagnose the problem. Since the problem wasn't occurring on the day they were there, it was difficult to nail down the exact source of the smell. But, they assessed my plumbing fixtures in various locations around the house and came to a determination that it might be due to a bad seal on one of my toilets. They replaced the seal while there that day and charged me $125.00 for everything.

In addition, since they couldn't be 100% sure that the toilet seal was the source of the smell, they gave me their cell phone and asked that I call them back whenever it got cold enough to generate the smell. I did that and was able to get in touch with them both times I called. They even remembered who I was, which was nice. However, they were never able to fully diagnose the problem and the toilet seal didn't end up being the fix, as I found out later while doing a larger remodel. So, while my experience with them was good, they didn't correctly fix the issue I called them for and for that I give them a grade B.

I wouldn't hesitate to call Ryal again in the future, particularly for routine plumbing jobs.

They are fabulous. They are very innovative and they provide imaginary solutions. There are two people, father and son running this business. They both are master plumbers. They step up to the moment and do their job. The water pipe had an 18-inch break and 20000 gallons water had burst to my basement 7 years ago. The father came immediately and fixed it. I never had a problem since. The son came the other day and did a lot of work for me. They both are smart and they come up with solutions that others would not even think of. They also know how to deal with old houses and make sure everything works properly.
