"Very friendly tech came to examine our house. He was really late, but this did not matter - lost his way. The cost was way beyond what we are willing to pay for pest control (over $1000) but we do have a fairly problematic carpenter bee problem."

  • Place wire mesh screens around and underneath decks and porches to prevent raccoons from nesting. 

  • Put metal sheeting around the edges of your roof or at the base of trees to deter raccoons from coming close. 

  • Place a loud battery-operated radio near the raccoon’s den to keep them from nesting.

  • Keep a bowl of cider vinegar on your deck or porch.

  • Remove old raccoon scents by thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting underneath porches and decks.

We recommend using diatomaceous earth to create roach repellent barriers outdoors. Most oil and spray applications will quickly wear down in outside weather, so they aren’t as much use  in the outdoors.
