Not only is Derek a great all around guy, he's stupendously funny, and he is an expert at his job! He ALWAYS puts a big smile on my face! I know when he comes over to our house to do Spring startup or Fall shut down, or any repairs that may be needed, I don't have to worry that the job is done right! HE'S THE BEST EVER!!!!
