As of 11/13 I am back in VT having completed repairs to friends, family and others in FL and will be taking on projects here in VT again. I am scheduled back in FL for a couple of weeks in February to do some site work for a new build but plan on being in VT until Dec 25. I provide, Carpentry, decks, painting, vinyl siding, window & door replacement, flooring, concrete work & repairs. From new to repair services to renovations. I am a trained Mill & House Carpenter, Graduated from BVT in 1984, after a 2 years active service I returned home to the reserves and began my Construction Career. I have overseen projects up to $100million in value, in 2016 I/we started a new venture of buying and re-habilitating campgrounds in GA & FL. I am now semi-retired and decided to provide quality affordable small construction services. In the very near future I will be providing certified home inspections as soon as testing is completed. If you have a project that needs to be done, give me a call and we can get it done. I felt like I was providing advice on how to run a business, and he wasn't able to make any recommendations about the project. The final straw was the posts he put in weren't secure or safe. I had to spend more money to find someone that would take over and finish the project and redo what had been done. I will say he was polite, and even admitted to being in over his head on a basic deck."

Painting the interior of a single room will take the average DIYer between 6 and 10 hours. However, your timeframe could increase or decrease based on factors such as your skill level, room size, as well as the number of light switch plates, outlet covers, and other small objects to work around.

This creates contrast and highlights architectural details while allowing for better durability in high-touch areas. Just make sure to use a trim color that complements your walls.

While it is possible for painter’s tape to leave some residue, it is designed specifically not to. If it does leave residue behind, it likely means that the painter’s tape was left on too long after the paint dried.
