"Fernando and the crew were AMAZING! They really came through when the first pro I hired flaked without warning. The distance was the only reason I didn't include them in the first round of estimates. They were meticulous and seemed tireless with the sanding. They didn't rush, taking it apart to make sure it was done properly. I'd already purchased the stain based on the previous contractor's recommendation but they still gave me the 3- year guarantee on their work. The cold nights/morning dew resulted in an extra day but they showed up on Saturday to not only finish but include me in the "walk through" to make sure no spots were missed during the second coat, no drip spots, etc. I'd definitely hire Missi Painting again and I'm looking forward to recommending them to everybody I know. "

As of 11/13 I am back in VT having completed repairs to friends, family and others in FL and will be taking on projects here in VT again. I am scheduled back in FL for a couple of weeks in February to do some site work for a new build but plan on being in VT until Dec 25. I provide, Carpentry, decks, painting, vinyl siding, window & door replacement, flooring, concrete work & repairs. From new to repair services to renovations. I am a trained Mill & House Carpenter, Graduated from BVT in 1984, after a 2 years active service I returned home to the reserves and began my Construction Career. I have overseen projects up to $100million in value, in 2016 I/we started a new venture of buying and re-habilitating campgrounds in GA & FL. I am now semi-retired and decided to provide quality affordable small construction services. In the very near future I will be providing certified home inspections as soon as testing is completed. I felt like I was providing advice on how to run a business, and he wasn't able to make any recommendations about the project. The final straw was the posts he put in weren't secure or safe. I had to spend more money to find someone that would take over and finish the project and redo what had been done. I will say he was polite, and even admitted to being in over his head on a basic deck."
