He was always on time, he had some great suggestions to improve on our intended design, and the work was top notch. They worked quickly as well, completing all work within 4 weeks. As we were removing some lally columns to make the basement space more open, the first thing Mark did was bring in a structural engineer to review the loads and determine how best to shore up the beams.
