This had three purposes: (1) it allowed him to diagnose the problem; (2) it saved him (and me!) a preliminary visit to assess the situation; and (3) on the basis of the above he gave me a cost estimate. Next thing, he came over, fixed the problem in one single visit. the work was done promptly and efficiently. Andy billed me (the amount of the estimate) and I paid promptly. Thank you, Andy. "Joshua is a pleasant professional, well mannered young man. Who shows up on time and ready to work. He pays close attention to what is being requested of him and he is very detailed oriented.. This is the 2nd time I have hired Joshua for my outside projects. He does an amazing job. He mowed my lawn front and back while providing clean edges… He trimmed my shrubs, pulled massive weeds and he cleaned it all up by putting everything in lawn bags. He also set the bags out to the curb for city pickup. My property was clean beautiful and free of grass & shrub debris. I would definitely recommend him for your projects. I will be calling him again for fall cleanup/trim and for other odd jobs on the inside as well.. Lastly, but most importantly his prices are reasonable & he does not disappoint!"
