The person booking our service call over the phone was pleasant and promptly called us back in response to our request for a service appointment. She made the appointment on a date and time that was convenient for us.
When the truck arrived, they were careful not to damage our lawn. They pointed out different things with our system and gave us suggestions on when to call for the next service.
They had to dig up a hole in the lawn to locate the Septic systems cover and after they finished, they made sure they recovered the lawn and cleaned up the area where they were working.
Friendly pleasant service, will recommend them to friends and neighbors and will use them for all our future needs.
