"Mike was able to fit me in the same day for an estimate which surprised me because I'm sure a lot of people are needing his services with all the rain lately but he was in the area that day and came by. Although the company is a nation wide chain, its a franchise and a small business. He is an honest Vermonter with Vermont values which I appreciate. When it came time to do the job, he called the day before to inform us that his crew would be there the following morning to begin the driveway replacement at 8am. He and his crew arrived at 7:45 and began the job on time. His crew were all wonderful people, friendly and very helpful. They helped me remove my back deck stairs in no time and all of them were extremely dedicated to their work. They promised to clean up everything before they left and did just that.
