When we first set out to have a new roof installed our motivation was to ensure that we had a sound roof headed into the winter. In hiring Ricky and his team, the end result was an impeccably installed roof that also makes our house look clean and sharp. Ricky, the owner of Sejay Costruction, returned my call right away and made it easy to schedule the estimate and work. He also provided a written, itemized estimate. Ricky is very particular about small details, which was wonderful since our roof has many angles and is very cut up, including a small tower. We are very pleased with the lead flashing that they did on our chimney as well and the installation of two replacement skylights. They took care around our landscaping and left our yard spotless. One thing that I really appreciated about working with Sejay Construction is that they are a small team. Ricky was upfront that his team might take a little longer to finish the project but you know who is working on your roof. Ricky was communicative throughout the project and his crew is hardworking, courteous, and knowledgeable. Both were pleasant, professional, efficient, and accommodating - they even did a few extra tasks not advertised as part of the tune-up deal for no extra charge, like applying a moss and algae inhibitor (which I provided) and cleaning off my gutter-toppers so they would drain into the gutters more efficiently. We had junk to remove from our basement and around our exterior buildings. The quote was for an hour of labor (2 employees) and a 20 foot dumpster. They hauled away metal, oil, electronics, tires and wood-based items. They arrived right on time and were very pleasant to deal with. They stuck around to give us a quote on fence installation as well.

This was the most money we have ever paid anyone to do anything...ever. The Sheridans had our trust throughout the entire process. They gave an affordable quote and did awesome work. They cleaned up during each stage of the project and always communicated well with me about timing and issues that came up. Our garage dimensions were awkward and not a perfect rectangle by any means - these guys had to craft a kit of workarounds for irregular shapes and curves. Todd and Luke are good human beings with positive attitudes, and care about their integrity and their work. I hope to use them in the future.

- [x] Before hiring for any handyman projects please check google and ask around for reviews. Also ask your local home supply company as I wish I did. I heard everything after it was to late! They never finished ANY project and everything they did start we have had to re hire and EVERYTHING has had to be redone and we have the statements from all the new proffesionals to prove it. We have photos as well of the laughable work that they did. I have heard great things about their plowing service but do not under any circumstance hire for any handyman project they have no idea what they are doing. When we asked for our refund for the money owed back for unfinished work we were blocked and ignored. When we informed them that we will be pursuing a lawsuit as nothing was finished and ever needed to be redone the owner sent a very unprofessional message (which we still have in case of denial we will be happy to share) telling me we never paid him anything ( we also have messages and video and witnesses to prove otherwise again will be happy to share along with the photos and statements from the proffesionals we had to hire to fix all of their mistakes) also made comments on how I met my wife on the street corner, we are a joke and that he would counter sue for money unpaid (again we will be happy to share any and all messages when they deny ask them to show the proof that they obviously do not have) anyways VERY unprofessional ask around don’t just listen to me won’t name any of the building supply stores that I have heard other horror stories about this company but do yourself a favor and ask around or save yourself the trouble all together and go with someone else.

This company is excellent during the summer, but if you want your lawn mowed any time after August, they are inconsistent, they choose the time they want to come AND if they want to come at all. For example, I called to ask when they coming at the beginning of October because they hadn't been to my house to mow in three weeks. The response I received was that they didn't feel I needed to have my lawn done (I thought that was my choice, since I hired them for weekly lawn care). Due to this, it has left me in a pinch over the past two years (yes, I gave the benefit of the doubt the first year because they are consistent and do a great job for 3 months of the year). I've spent a lot of extra time trying to find some other company to finish off the lawn care season, which is extremely difficult because the companies all have their own clientele by that point. I have had to rent a mower to do the lawn myself.

We are very happy with A Job Well Done's work. Its crew painted the entire interior of our home and did a fabulous job. They fixed several problem spots and their work was superb. It's like having a new house. They even threw in a few extra items without being asked, and they followed up on things like windows that became shut. All at a resonable price.
