Next came the installation crew of Tim and Dan, these two are machines. They got right to work trenching the perimeter and then installing the drainage channel. Start to finish job completed in roughly six hours. Job site was left cleaner than I expected when dealing with concrete dust. Won’t know how it all works until water table rises but very impressed with the quality of the work and the people doing it. Thanks to all of you again."

"When I first called, I was surprised at how quickly they returned my phone call to set up an estimate. He was able to come over the next evening to check out our basement. He was punctual and provided us information about what would need to be done. He stated that he would provide us with an estimate that evening. I waited, but the estimate never came. I called the following week to see the status of the estimate. They stated that they were busy, but I should have it by now and would email it ASAP. After a second week, I called again. They said they would get it to me again. After the third week, I called again and was told the same thing. I gave up at that point and contacted someone else, who will be fixing the basement tomorrow. It's been over a month now and never received an estimate for the work. I understand that it's a busy time of year, but was disappointed to never get the estimate and didn't feel like I should have to pester them for it.
