My initial meeting was 6/1 with Juan who patiently answered all my questions. Although I had 2 lower estimates, I was so impressed with Juan, I decided to go with Shamrock which offered lifetime warranty for the liner and 10 year warranties for the rest. No tax financing for 12 months was a big plus for me. I scheduled my job for 6/12 and was told by Katie that it would either be done by Juan or Chuck, master technician and it would take about 5-6 hours. Chuck and Brian arrived 11:44 am within the 45 mins arrival time that Katie had texted me. Efficient, courteous and respectful, they completed the job in about 2 hours! I appreciate Chuck's recommendation for maintenance work for my chimney that may be needed in 1-2 years. I wanted the BEST and I got it!"

"Brick chimney had several spalled bricks, missing mortar and the crown was a complete mess. Tore the top of the chimney down and built it back up and then poured a new crown. Looks great, and they prepped it for the installation of gas inserts in the two fireplaces Excellent job, good workers, good people.."

"I called Plumb Perfect and spoke with Stanley Selig. He provided many helpful suggestions over the phone unfortunately they did not resolve the issue. Stanley stated that he was on a job and would stop by my house around 6:15 PM Friday evening. At 6:15 PM Stanley arrived and immediately notice that the gas line shut-off value needed to be replaced. He stepped out for a short while and returned with a new gas line shut off valve which he installed. Once the new gas line shut-off value was installed we were able to properly install the oven. Stanley saved the day. He was quick to react and to resolve my problem. On a Friday evening no less. He also followed up the next day with a follow up call to see how things were going. I highly recommend Stanley for any of your plumbing needs. He is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable in his field. He's one of my hero's."
