He replaced the old weathered wood planking with composite material and railing, and worked around some challenging deficiencies in the original underlying deck frame so we wouldn't have to completely replace the entire structure at much higher cost. Jeff worked around our schedule and kept us apprised of any questions or unexpected things that came up.
