"Wood siding whether it be pine or cedar will expand and contract due to weather. It will also crack in time. The attic work was extended over time due to the complexity of the work involved. The balance of the work was completed promptly and reviewed for accuracy and satisfaction. The attic work ended up requiring some electric rewiring to provide maximum storage, plus he added a grab rail for additional safety in using the stairs. The completed attic literally provides storage, function and safety well beyond our expectation. We are very pleased and plan to use JNR in the future.

James was absolutely fantastic! He responded the very day I called him, and came out to give me an estimate the next day. He repaired the wood, and the seals on my two highest windows. He also repaired the flashing and took care of the gutters while he was up there. He was responsive, on top of things, and I will definitely use him again without question.

Called for quote. Call was returned the same day. Made an appointment to go over work to be done. Mr. Rice arrived for the appointment on time. Quote received within two days. I agreed to price and scheduled work. Arrived on time and performed quoted work on deck in light rain(We changed two previous dates because of rain, not a problem for me.) as well as recaulking the shower. Paid the quoted price which included materials.

We placed a call to two companies we saw listed. JnR responded , by phone, within an hour of the inquiry. At that time a date and time were agreed upon to get an estimate of the work and the cost. Our handyman arrived promptly. He looked at the areas, evaluated the work and materials needed. He also pointed out an area along the bottom where flashing was missing. We traced the path and found a questionable area on the side of the fireplace where there was possible water damage. We agreed to have the flashing replaced in the execution of the job. Within three visits the boards were replaced, caulked, flashed and painted. Our handyman, James, did excellent work, was there when he said he would be, communicated easily and clearly on job progress.
Oh, if he says he'll be there, and you forget, you may be reminded by the sounds of work in progress. I heard some noise at the side of the house, went to check and there was James.
We are anticipating having more work done on the house by JnR. We have, of late, taken to strolling around the house and attempting to spot where the repair stops and the rest of the house begins. Believe me, it's downright fun to do.
Oh, if he says he'll be there, and you forget, you may be reminded by the sounds of work in progress. I heard some noise at the side of the house, went to check and there was James.

Mr. Rice came when he said he would come. He was courteous and very professional. He cleaned up each work area and replaced furniture that he had to move. I will be hiring him again and highly recommend his service.
