"I've got some really old berber carpet and it's seen a lot fo wear, pets, some leaks, etc. Overall it went well. Hue came out and inspected the stain I had and explained that it needed more than just steaming because it had browned already. He treated the spot and cleaned it and everything looks great now. I had him out a second time to clean the carpets completely and he did a thorough job. I had a few spots that didn't dry well and he came back and re-cleaned those and left fans on it extra time to make sure it dried."

"Now that I have used the service of three different highly recommended local companies, I can say that Elite is quite good.  My carpet is in good shape, no stains, and cleaned twice a year.  But there's dog hair, etc. to deal with, the rooms are small and hard to work in.  This company does a very capable job.  You do need to allow a day for the rug to dry.
