"Pasha was great from beginning to end. Started our kitchen remodel on day they said they would. Completed our remodel on day they scheduled and told us it would be completed, and all within budget, really impressed. Allowed us to order special backsplash components and special under counter outlets not used before (Lagrand) and still completed everything on time and within budget! We expected an additional charge, impressed. We had a few issues during the work which we expected in any contractor work, Cambria counter was not done correctly and had to be removed and replaced and reworked by that fabricator, but every issue was addressed immediately by Pasha and DIY Kitchens staff, fixed and done professionally. No surprise add on expenses, staff did several little extra things we did not expect. Exceeded our expectations, hear all sorts of horror stories, great staff, in office and on the job. Highly recommend them"

The 2 bathrooms worked on look stunning. We had shower doors and a vanity installed and replaced in a guest bath, and in the master, we had a tub ripped out and a huge double shower installed alongside a linen/medicine closet and a double vanity installed. The early change to a new project manager, Alex, had a few bumps, but Alex worked hard to make sure that the initial bumps were overcome, and we were informed and the project was moving along the lines we had originally planned under his expert supervision. "The crew from Upgrade Remodeling did an excellent job in transforming an aging outdated bathroom into a modern fully functional bathroom. The work they complete was a total transformation of our bathroom. This included turning the bathtub into a beautiful walk-in shower, a new vanity with much more room than the original, a new toilet, new mirror, stylish light, new towel racks, and a new floor. The work also included complete removal of very ugly 70s green wall tile and complete paint job including ceiling. All this in two days. The crew also provided shielding from dirt and dust. When the crew left you could not tell they had been here except for a beautiful new bathroom."

"Randy Hudson did a great job of repairing/replacing a rotted deck post on my dad?s deck.  He was very good at assessing the damage and work necessary to correct the problem.  He was good about explaining the process to us so everyone understood what was to be expected.  Randy was very friendly and completed the work as planned and scheduled.  He also did a great job of installing new lattice for the deck skirting as part of the project.  I thought the price charged was fair and reasonable and we have asked him to give us an estimate to pressure wash and paint the deck and other house trim.
