I typically just go to a couple friends and see if they have had the work done and if they have someone to refer. We live in the same neighborhood in Va Beach, it is a well established neighborhood with homes that are very big houses. My house is over 30 foot tall and has a lot of different sections. They came out right away. They never even mentioned the height. The contractor worked diligently until the job was done. They never messed up the yard with trash and always spoke real well.
