"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

"In the end, we were more than totally pleased with all the work done by Wilson Delgado. He made several trips (always punctual) out to the country to pickup and return furniture, and also to deliver fabric books and samples for our clear vinyl slipcovers. We had minor glitches as he was unexpectedly called out of the country for a family emergency, but in his absence, I was contacted to let me know the reason for the delay. Then, Covid-19 hit and he was in protective covering when he delivered our last piece of furniture. At all times, he was professional, courteous, and treated our furniture and home as if it was his own. So far as pricing and how long he quoted for all the work-----believe it or not, he was just about half of what the other upholstery shop quoted me, and also the work was completed faster than the other shop. "They arrived promptly and started moving furniture. The room had never been painted after initial paint during construction. Kenny and crew did an outstanding job.  I was amazed that the gentleman doing the cut-in was so proficient and never had to use tape. The painting did take longer as I added the ceiling and stairwell to my original request but Kenny did his best to fit me in to finish up and in no time, the job was finished to my complete satisfaction.
